Australia's OutsideIn Festival won't happen this year
Organisers Astral People are focusing on artist management
Sydney's much-loved OutsideIn Festival won't return this year.
Organisers Astral People broke the news on social media, with festival co-director Vic Edirisinghe telling Music Feeds the call had been made to focus on managing their artist roster, which includes the likes of Dro Carey, Basenji and Roland Tings.
"Hopefully we’ll see OutsideIn’s return, in some form or another, in the not too distant future, once the timing for all involved is a bit better,” he told the site.
The festival launched in 2012 and last year hosted Stormzy, Loefah, Andrés, Pender Street Steppers and Harvey Sutherland at Sydney University's Manning House.
