Arthur Robert becomes first non-member of The Third Room to release full EP on German label
'Particle Accelerator' is a four-track affair of pure techno
The Third Room - the Essen-based label, studio and event series behind Stone Techno Festival - has shared its latest release, Arthur Robert's 'Particle Accelerator' EP.
The record marks the first full EP on The Third Room from someone not a member of the platform, with the crew promising "more releases of quality techno" to follow.

Across its four tracks, 'Particle Accelerator' pays tribute to the interaction of "little entities that can result in the release of colossal power and provide answers for questions older than the universe itself".
Fast paced, hard hitting club sounds are found throughout in the form of dynamic techno; think crisp sound design, interesting textures and compressed - at times distorted - drum arrangements. Elements including melodic compositions and disruptive beeps are sprinkled amongst the body of work, too.
"'Particle Accelerator' channels the energy of minimal techno with a nod to Detroit and a fascination for the cosmos," Robert tells Mixmag. "A blend of deep rhythms and subtle sci-fi influences, it’s a sonic exploration of the universe’s most elemental forces."
