2D and Murdoc of Gorillaz to speak live in conversation for the first time
A historic occasion to promote their forthcoming album 'Humanz'
The Gorillaz animated band members 2D and Murdoc will make an appearance with MistaJam on Thursday, April 20, marking the first time they will be answering fan generated questions live.
In anticipation for the interview, Gorillaz bassist Murdoc Niccals shared his excitement: “Get ready for the online event of the century - a live audience with me, Murdoc Niccals. Thanks to our comrades over at Electronic Beats, you can watch me and 2D live on the sofa and ask anything you want. Or just tell me how much you love me. But keep it clean, yeah?”
The band has been hard at work promoting their new album ‘Humanz', which is set for release on April 28. This week will also see them launch the Gorillaz Spirit House, an interactive installation allowing fans to explore their home in real life. Plus news surfaced of a 10-episode cartoon and a live show featuring the animated characters.
