Today it's time to dive into the most updated installment of 'The Workout' playlist.
Curated by our in-house fitness guru and US Digital Content Editor, carefully picked through trial during her daily training sessions.
Previously, The Workout has featured bangers by Theo Parrish, Black Coffee, Dense & Pika and Todd Terje.
This week, spurts of energetic electro from Boys Noize and Louisahhh! launch off the set of ten, before Gesaffelstein blends into the techno realm with his classic 'Persuit', prepping for Illario Alicante.
The next new additions come in the span of thundering, dark techno, traveling to infectiously hard-hitting funk from Louie Vega and Marcus Knight and rounding out with a tension building remix by Sasha.
