We’ve all been there. You get back to your flat after a particularly heavy Saturday night, and you and your mates need something soothing after eight hours of monolithically hard techno. Well, the latest release from Detroit born, LA-based artist JMSN will get you through that early morning session. He’s a silky-smooth r’n’b singer in the mould of D’Angelo, who has previously worked with Kendrick Lamar and Kaytranada and pricked ears with 2014’s self-titled album. Follow-up ‘It Is’ is out this month and is as epic in scope as it is sumptuous.
