Solardo
Solardo are charging through 2016 at some speed. Manchester-based Mark Richards and James Eliot have been smashing out bass-driven, acid-infused house and techno: ‘Give It To You’ and ‘Acid Rocks’ are essential. Coming up, ‘Phone Jacker’, on VIVa, is a punchy tech-house groover; ‘Pumped On Acid’, on Danny Howard’s Nothing Else Matters, is a main-room damager and their remix for Secondcity is a lasers-blazing acid vibe. There’s a Hot Creations EP too, and a collab with Skream in the pipeline.
