Nordic Spirit and Mixmag create Soundscapes; the home of new music discovery
Our new hub for streams, short form documentaries and new tracks

Soundscapes, which launches this month, combines Nordic Spirit’s passion for all things discovery with Mixmag’s powers of talent and music curation.
For the last few months we've been updating a new Soundscapes playlist with the best new music from our favourite artists. Whether you listen to music through SoundCloud, YouTube or Spotify you’ll be able to hear our weekly round-up of the most exciting new music from the world’s best dance and electronic artists. So far, music from the likes of Four Tet, recent Mixmag cover star Shygirl, Bicep, Roísín Murphy, Conducta, Erika De Casier and Overmono is all included, as we pull together house, techno, UK garage, rap, drum 'n' bass and everything in between.
Not only that, but Soundscapes includes broadcasts of a series of streams from some of the UK’s most stunning rural vistas. We had Nic Fanciulli playing in front of Bodiam Castle in his home county of Kent and Eats Everything with a backdrop of the sea on Burgh Island in Devon. We'll also have a behind-the-scenes short film with Eats Everything coming out soon.
