Sunday January 1 - New Year's Day

Maya Jane Coles at Output

Output clearly has a lot to offer for ringing in the new year, but Sunday’s New Year’s Day’s event with Maya Jane Coles is the icing on the cake. The deep rhythms from I/AM/ME’s label boss will help continue to the party from the nights before or help set the tone for a last hurrah before the holiday vacation is over alongside supporting acts Jade and Mightykat.

ÂME at Blkmarket Membership NYD

Blkmarket Membership is the warehouse party crew making a strong statement during the holiday weekend with two standout events. After tINI and Bill Patrick headline their NYE party, they’ll deliver an extended set from Innervisions co-founder Âme along with support from Quenum and Disorder’s Azimute project for their NYD party. It’s easy to see many in the scene hanging around these events all weekend, and there’s little reason not to with the lineups offered. Organizers Taimur & Fahad will also showcase a closing set that’s not to be missed.

Mister Saturday Night’s regular Mister Sunday events always provide an alluring atmosphere due to the focus being placed strictly on the dance. The no phones and no smoking on the dancefloor policy allows everyone to be comfortable while getting lost in eclectic blends of house, disco and funk provided by co-founders Eamon Harkin and Justin Carter. These two local talents are in good company with the best DJs in the world and the dancefloor at their events is always packed with grooving bodies.
