Every month we round up the best of Mixmag's music section. Here's what went down during March...

March has been a bumper month for bangers on our SoundCloud so we've gathered the best of the best.

After last year's amazing Moby remix of Monkey Safari, the German duo turned the tables and remixed the pioneer's latest track, one we've been hammering hard.

Everyone's favourite Italian stallion Marco Faraone made a triumphant return to Adam Beyer's Drumcode label with the almighty Climax. We've been waiting for this one for a while and it didn't disappoint.

It was International Women's Day earlier in the month and we celebrated with streams all over the world from the likes of B. Traits, La Fleur, Gina Turner, KLP and the Discwoman collective.

Check out the above, and much more, below.

Premieres

Moby & The Void Pacific Choir 'Almost Loved' (Monkey Safari remix)

When Moby remixed Monkey Safari's 'Walls' last year you all went crazy for it and this month Monkey Safari got their own back with a dark, techno remix of 'Almost Loved'. Deep and brooding is the theme here, we love it.

Catz N Dogz 'Good Touch' ft Eglė Sirvydytė (Jamie Jones remix)

When Catz N Dogz released their album 'Basic Colour Theory' last October, we revelled in their cheeky house stylings and now we've been offered up a whole remix LP and it's huge. Our pick of the bunch? Jamie Jones's chunky edit of 'Good Touch'.

Aïsha Devi 'Mazdâ' (Mind:Body:Fitness remix)

Berlin-based Mind:Body:Fitness also gets a run out, working 'Mazdâ' into a loud/quiet rollercoaster of shiny, kinetic techno. With the EP coming via Houndstooth you know it's got a gold-standard seal of approval.

Marco Faraone 'Climax'

Marco is one of the nicest guys in dance music but that doesn't mean his music is the same. He's created a snarling techno monster for Drumcode and it's been bubbling for a while now. We're chuffed to have the full premiere and you should be too.

Shit Robot 'End Of The Trail' (Roman Flügel remix)

Shit Robot has been a staple of DFA Records since the NYC-based label was conceived and his new album is about to drop. What better way to get us excited than to enlist the don Roman Flügel for a remix. Roman always goes in and he's done it again with 'End Of The Trail'.
