Mixmag and BUDX are proud to partner to bring you the newest destination of the Lab this summer: The Lab Johannesburg.

On Wednesday, August 28 Swedish house superstar Jeremy Olander and Egoli native Vanco are heading up The Lab Johannesburg.

Swedish DJ-producer Jeremy Olander has been named by industry heads as one of the true preservers of melodic house and techno. For years, Olander has demonstrated his ability to transport his sound from the underground to some of the world's largest festivals with measured out dancefloor tunes of the highest quality. Some of his latest creations include the adventurous 'Kailash' EP on Get Physical Music and two phenomenal releases on his Vivrant imprint - the 'Docks' EP and a furious dancefloor single titled 'Shotgun'. Consistently selling out shows in his home city of Stockholm and in other locations all around the world, Olander's appearance at The Lab Johannesburg is not one to miss.

Hailing from Douglasdale in Johannesburg, Vanco has brought a vibe all his own to the South African city's house music scene. Releasing original productions on labels such as Universal Music Group, Tribe Records, Afrocentric Records and Tambor Music, his soulful and African-influenced dance music concoctions wholly compliment his fresh mixing style. Touring the world and sharing stages with other South African powerhouses such as Black Coffee, Da Capo and Themba, Vanco can count himself as one of his country's most respected DJ-producers.
