Before releasing her latest full-length mixtape ‘Real Ting’ last year, Allen was building up a profile of prominent features and remixes, working with some of the best in the game including Lethal Bizzle, Section Boyz and Jeremih. ‘London’, her single with Jeremih, was received particularly well, her unforgettable “You haffi marry the nana-na-na / Before mi ride the banana” hook ringing in your ears long after the track finishes playing.

Allen’s knack for wordplay has been clear throughout her output, and it really shines when she’s partnering with Jeremih, who also features on ‘Real TIng’ track ‘Tight Nooki’. On the intro to ‘Real Ting’, she asserts, “Why play safe? I’ve got nothing to lose.” Stefflon Don is in no danger of getting too comfortable.
