Dreamy summertime vibes in the City of Angels
Los Angeles' dance music community came out in full force on Satuday, June 23 to witness two titans of the underground scene, Dixon and DJ Tennis, join forces and perform an open-to-close block party at Chinatown's Gin Ling Way Square.
The sold-out show was put on by Future Primitive, who made a massive impression on the crowd for their debut block party. The classy and meticulous organization of the event was furthered complimented by the venue's smoky and confetti-filled atmosphere which induced a fit of dancing that lasted from 5pm until midnight.
Needless to say, the Innervisions and Life and Death bosses managed to make the most of this rare setting and successfully invented a dreamy summertime dancefloor romance that Los Angeles has seldom seen.
