10 parties to check out at Amsterdam Dance Event 2025

Every year, the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) calendar can look a little daunting. Endless parties, one-off pop-ups, interesting talks and workshops – they’re all happening at the same time. From today (October 22) right through until Sunday (October 26), over 1,200 events are set to take place across almost 250 venues throughout Amsterdam, marking an all-time high for ADE. But don’t let the numbers scare you – to help you fill your diary this year with only the best of the best, we’ve handpicked the events you should check out at ADE 2025. 

From boat parties to sunrise sessions, check out the best events to head to below.

Opening up day one of ADE, São Paulo collective Gop Tun are curating a fundraiser event together with Berlin club series Home Again, raising money for refugees in crisis. The line-up includes Coco Maria, ISAbella, Paula Tape, and Mu540.

Fancy getting off land for a bit? Netherlands-based label, bar and record store Bordello A Parigi is hosting a party aboard a boat on Thursday night, featuring Cormac, CURSES, Massimiliano Pagliara, and Sharlese on the line-up.

Taking over Shelter – the basement venue below Amsterdam’s iconic A’DAM Tower, Dutch record label SlapFunk brings a night of groove with the likes of Mella Dee, Tristan da Cunha, and Yass & Mali.

VBX events are always an anticipated part of the ADE calendar, this time headed up by Ben UFO at Lofi, a former bus garage-turned-nightclub. He’s selected Amaliah, Christian AB, mad miran, Pangaea, Ploy, and more to join him on the bill.

Celebrating five years since the inception of his ec2a imprint, Dr Dubplate brings a bumper line-up to Parallel with the likes of BAKEY, EYCEE, La La, Milion, and a set from the label head honcho himself.

Ain’t no party like a Mixmag party. Actor, DJ and musician Idris Elba is taking over our event with his Sound International label, bringing Nitefreak, SYREETA, The Masked DJ, and Tina Ardor to Ruby.

If you’re up for an early morning sunrise session, Ogazón is set to soundtrack dawn with a specially curated event at skyrise venue The Loft alongside DVS1 and Rene Wise.

Returning this year, Detroit Love is back at Madam with Motor City legends Carl Craig, DJ Minx, and Moodymann, taking over the 20th floor of A’DAM Tower high above the city.

Touching down at Bajes, Eris Drew and Octo Octa are set to bring five hours of house goodness to Amsterdam alongside Cheap Thrills label boss Hervé and New York-based DJ livwutang.

Gene On Earth, Adiel, Peach, BASHKKA, Anz, Quest and more are all set to round out ADE weekend with a Breakfast Club session at beloved Amsterdam cub Radion.
