ZINI

Introducing a newcomer from London town

Tobago Tracks is a burgeoning label and party based between Paris and, erm, Watford.

The imprint has so far released an awesome mixtape by Organ Tapes as well as minted an on-point mix series, while the crew's London parties have welcomed frenetic club producers like Grovestreet, Lexxi and Florentino.

As they say in the music game, Tobago Tracks is one to watch.

Its next move is the 'Sirenzz' EP from Londoner ZINI. He's a resident at the TT parties and his productions on 'Sirenzz' are full of the kind of energy that will make you do backflips in the dance.

The title track is a fizzy UK funky banger (and perhaps even an ode to the Hard House Banton classic) while 'Slouch' is a drum workout you could imagine the Principe gang whistling as they move through the backstreets of Lisbon. And we've got the premiere of 'Toe Stump', a rough, tough workout that comes with a lush ribbon of melody – an emosh tub-thumper, basically. Peep it below.

'Sirenzz' is released via Tobago Tracks on February 15
