White Isle retreat Remedy State will return next year ahead of IMS

Founded by IMS’ Ben Turner alongside Blaise James DeAngelo

Ibiza wellness retreat Remedy State will return for another edition in 2019 ahead of the 12th annual IMS event.

Founded earlier this year by IMS co-founder Ben Turner and artist and former OWSLA co-owner Blaise James DeAngelo, the wellness and performance retreat focuses on mindfulness, exercise, physical therapy, nutrition and more.

The forthcoming edition is themed around the idea of Areté, a Greek concept meaning "excellence through self-actualisation", with an added focus on, “personal development, performance, creativity and self-actualisation to help attendees reach their personal potential.”

“The impact of our first event on the electronic music industry was profound and its influence on the subsequent IMS Summit was huge,” explained Turner via a press release. “We touched a nerve and we wish to continue sharing our insight with a fascinating group of individuals who can transform your health and mind and in turn your business.”

The Remedy State crew are also bringing a world-class speaker on peak performance and leadership to 2019’s edition, with a full list of speakers, practitioners and coaches expected to be announced in January.

Remedy State presents ARETÉ takes place May 20-22 at Sa Talaia Agroturismo. A limited number of badges and hotel accommodation packages are available to purchase now from the Remedy State website. Badges and hotel packages are available to buy for an introductory price of €350 and €1200 respectively.
