Trevino

More magic from Aus Music

Marcus Kaye is the true definition of a man of many talents. As Marcus Intalex he's been leading the way with his seminal, fiery drum 'n' bass and as Trevino he's been channelling a pulsating house and techno sound.

Under his Trevino guise he's released some pretty outstanding EPs via labels like Klockworks, 3024, The Nothing Special and more recently his own imprint Birdie. Tracks like 'Backtracking', 'Mesmerise' and 'Eclipse' have all left us in states of shock and euphoria and to put it simply, the guy is a don.

For his latest release he heads over to Aus Music for his debut EP via Will Saul's incredible label. The imprint celebrates its tenth birthday this year and what better way to kick off the party than with a Trevino three-tracker.

The title track 'Casino' is a deep and powerful dream but B-side 'Contact' is just as heavy-hitting and we've got the premiere. It's an ethereal, side-winding cut that employs thick rolling basslines and mystical riffs. If anything it's textbook Trevino and that's something we've come to absolutely adore.

As always, thank you Marcus.

The 'Casino' EP will be released on July 22 via Aus Music
