Tiësto and DJ Fresh dismiss Simon Cowell's DJ show

The pair can't see 'Ultimate DJ' working but Nervo could be judges on the show

First Fatboy Slim had a dig at Simon Cowell's Ultimate DJ show, now Tiësto and DJ Fresh have weighed in on it.

His DJ spin of the X Factor has been billed as the "World Cup of EDM", but it hasn't really gone down too well with those who've been DJing for years.

After Fatboy apparently told the show to "fuck off" when asked to be a judge, Tiësto (who actually has his own DJ show) doesn't reckon it's going to run smoothly for Team Cowell.

"I don't think it will ever work. The vocal aspect is what's missing. When you see someone sing good or bad that will never get boring. But you need an hour to DJ, not two minutes on TV."

DJ Fresh, also spoken to at Electrobeach Festival, said "I didn't really feel it was something I wanted to be involved in."

Two that might be though are Aussie duo Nervo (pictured).

Liv, one of the sisters, said: "He said anyway we would like to be involved (in the show) we can be. I've never watched a reality TV judges show, but they said you could judge or mentor but we haven't decided.

"He's a marketing genius and wants to get involved in this scene. It's all about the DJ talent and the music and submitting tunes."

Whoever the judges are, we're still not sold on this. Sorry, Si.
