Time Warp reveals 30th anniversary edition line-up
Stretching across two days with 58 acts, there are some exclusive b2b appearances on the programme
Time Warp has shared its line-up for its 30th anniversary celebrations, which will stretch across two days in Mannheim, Germany.
On April 5 and 6, Time Warp has announced names including Joseph Capriati, Laurent Garnier, Speedy J (with both Garnier and Speedy J having played the first edition in 1994), Clara Cuvé, Richie Hawtin and more.
The event has also announced exclusive b2b sets: namely VTSS b2b Anetha, and Dax J b2b SPFDJ.

Launching in 1994, Time Warp took over Ludwigshafen's Walzmühle warehouse with some 2000 attendees. Upon its launch, techno's underground status in Germany felt threatened, with founder Steffan Charles creating the party to be a "musical return to the underground":
"Time Warp - back to the good old days. It shouldn't be a rave in the traditional sense, rather a party like a large-scale club."
And over the years, the event intends to be a "collection of six or seven individually designed clubs" — a premise which felt under pressure once the now-international party became established.
"After techno and house disappeared from the public radar in the early 2000s, the future of the festival was uncertain," recalled Time Warp's Robin Ebinger. Despite some setbacks, the number of attendees once again increased, and from 2008, the event has sold out every year.
