The Orb continue their 30th anniversary celebrations with a new single

‘Rush Hill Road’ features Hollie Cook and Brother Culture

Electronic music veterans The Orb have released brand new music to commemorate their 30th anniversary.

The new single ‘Rush Hill Road’ features vocals from rising reggae star Hollie Cook (pictured) as well as Brixton legend Brother Culture and is a continuation of the duo’s references to Battersea in their past music.

The single will also feature on The Orb’s recently announced album ‘No Sounds Are Out Of Bounds’.

The accompanying video was directed by Gary Oldknow who’s worked with the likes of David Bowie, The Pet Shop Boys and Johnny Cash.

To celebrate their 30th year, The Orb have also announced that they’ll be playing a classics set at ORBFEST, their own indoor festival taking place at the Roundhouse in London on June 23. They’ll be joined by the likes of GAS, Ulrich Schnauss and System Seven live, as well as a DJ set by Leftfield. Get tickets here. The new track is available to stream now.
