Legal battle between Disney and Deadmau5 is over
The two were in dispute over the mouse head logo trademark in the US
The beef between Deadmau5 and Disney has finally come to an end.
It all started when the producer applied for a trademark for his iconic mouse head in the United States, obviously leading to the movie corporation kicking up a fuss and saying it was too similar to its own logo.
The Canadian wasn't going down without a fight, hitting back with a claim of his own, but according to an attorney working on the case, the two have settled their differences.
Although there's no concrete information about it, Mau5's attorney told the Hollywood Reporter: "Disney and Deadmau5 have amicably resolved their dispute."
It's reckoned that Disney withdrew from the case and some of the trademark registrations may be altered.
