The Gaslamp Killer announces new album 'Instrumentalepathy'
Plus the first single off the LP
Following the first release on his newly formed Cuss Records imprint, The Gaslamp Killer has announced a new full-length LP titled 'Instrumentalepathy'.
'Instrumentalepathy' consists of material produced after GLK survived a near death experience. A handful of the tracks were created while GLK was bedridden, unable to walk and medicated with morphine and in recovery.
GLK has tapped an impressive list of artists to contribute to 'Instrumentalepathy', many of which have worked closely with him during his career at Brainfeeder, Low End Theory and beyond. Collaborators include Gonjasufi, Miguel Atwood Ferguson, Niki Randa, Kid Moxie, Mophono, Amir Yaghmai and The Heliocentrics.
The album's first single, titled 'Residual Tingles', dropped earlier today via SoundCloud.
The Gaslamp Killer's full 'Instrumentalepathy' album will release on September 16.
