The Alchemist releases posthumous Prodigy track 'Try My Hand'
The Mobb Deep collaboration dropped with the rapper and Budgie's new 2xLP
Today the Alchemist shared his new collaboration with Mobb Deep 'Try My Hand' as a standalone track on his Soundcloud in honor of the late Prodigy.
The piece received its wide release with the Alchemist and Budgie's new double LP 'The Good Book, Vol. 2'.
Alchemist had a long standing relationship with the iconic MC, who passed away last month due to health complications caused by sickle cell anemia.
Tributes honoring the Mobb Deep member ranged worldwide, including ones from fellow artists like Kendrick Lamar and Q-tip. Alchemist's special Soundcloud release presented the emotional hip hop track with the simplistically beautiful description: "For my brother".
