Terrence Parker (John Tejada remix)
Buckle up and get ready for a dark warehouse banger, John Tejada style
Hailing from Detroit, Terrence Parker is a house music legend. He's been releasing music for decades and with his telephone in hand, his DJ sets are always a sight to behold.
He's played in over 200 cities worldwide and has dropped stellar EPs on Planet E, !K7 Records, Systematic and Midnight Shift. His next EP comes via Abstract Theory Records and the imprint is responsible for records by Rolando, Moodymann, Rick Wade and Boo Williams, so Parker fits in nicely.
The 'Alarm The Sound' EP will feature the title track and a killer set of remixes from the likes of Dirty Channels, Francesco Bonora & Marcello Arletti and John Tejada.
We've got the premiere of Tejada's edit and this one is aimed firmly at the warehouse. His re-imagining features giant piano chords, outrageous low-end rumbles and claps that bring a whole lotta groove. It's a track that when dropped at 4am would do serious damage. Check it.
