Maxxi Soundsystem turns up the volume on his remix of Sylvan Esso's 'H.S.K.T'
in 2014, American duo Sylvan Esso dropped their self-titled debut album on Partisan Records and their washed-out, electronic meets indie sound won the music world over. With critical acclaim behind them, they've been touring worldwide since last year, with their most recent date taking place over weekend two at Coachella.
The latest single to be released from the album is 'H.S.K.T' and after the massively hyped Hercules & Love Affair remix got its first play on Annie Mac's Radio One show, it's time for us to premiere the other edit.
Brighton house talent Maxxi Soundystem has been churning out some serious pumpers for the last five or so years now. He's released on Ellum Audio, Futureboogie, Hypercolour and Nurvous and now he's remixed 'H.S.K.T' in fine fashion.
His rework takes things deeper than his usual bassline-fuelled tracks. It's got some killer synths after the drop and a large amount of low-end rumble. More great stuff from Maxxi and another wicked remix for Sylvan Esso's 'H.S.K.T' package.
