Spotify playlist: The Sound Of London

London, the melting pot that it is, may be responsible for producing more genres than any other city in the world. This might seem like a brave claim to make, but think about it. Jungle, garage, drum 'n' bass, dubstep and grime were all cultivated in the clubs and on the streets of the English capital. London’s rich musical heritage has inspired artists across the UK and the world.

To give you a taste of the myriad sounds coming out of London right now, we’ve launched a Spotify playlist that we will be updating each week with the freshest music from artists living in the capital, or releasing music via London-based labels. Expect the finest house and techno and the rawest grime and UK rap.
