Mixmag's Overlooked Classics playlist on Spotify has received another fresh update this week, this time delivering a collection of soulful anthems from the realm of house music.
Featuring a hypnotic 11-minute ballad by DJ Sneak, a cosmic excursion by Orbit Starz and a funk-fueled floor filler by Dayempert, this recent update is truly stacked. Not to mention the jazzy house anthems by Derrick Carter, Kyoto Jazz Massive and Toka Project to round out this week's dive into the history of dance music.
As we keep the playlist to 50 tracks, we've had to get rid of a few. That said, still found in the playlist are tracks by Jovonn, Glenn Underground, Will Saul, Âme, Sven Väth and a timeless ballad by Idjut Boys that has been on the playlist since day one.
