Spotify playlist: 50 tracks breathing new life into overlooked classics
A bit of classic acid, minimal and soul
This week Mixmag’s Overlooked Classics playlist on Spotify receives a stacked update with tracks by the legends of house, minimal and acid.
Diving into various forms of classic dance music we run into minimal house and find Ion Ludwig, who’s debut album is filled with all the trippy rhythms and textures fans of the genre desire. Then we dig up a classic acid track by Chicago veteran Lidell Townsell, while Mateo & Matos and DJ Rasoul give us our soulful fix.
