Since launching the Essential Low-End playlist last month, we’ve been rolling out our hand-picked favourites each and every week.

For our latest iteration, we've selected a slew of the heaviest hits released in the last seven days, from an array of old favourites and new names alike. Ready?

Drum roll please…

We’ve got tunes from Nervous Horizon’s killer new comp, a hardcore offering from Duran Duran Duran, a belter from Warp Records’ Patten, and an epic new EP from dubstep producer Silkie.

What else? Well, we've got a new track from Friske that’s sure to get heads nodding, Mønic’s ‘Deep Summer’ gets an unexpected remix from Burial, (the mysterious man behind the melodic sub-bass), as well as a brand new one from Hype Williams.

And finally! Last week, Night Slugs dropped a retrospective LP from Flex Dance Music pioneer Hitmakerchinx (pictured), and hosted a hot and heavy party to boot, so tune in below to get in on the action.
