New compilation coming from Sound Pellegrino

Sound Pellegrino will release the fifth volume of its 'SND.PE' compilation series on January 8. Label honchos Teki Latex and DJ Orgasmic compiled the 20-track release, with new and exclusive material provided by producers such as Air Max '97, Helix, Truncate and Murlo. While previous installments have centred around themes such as 'Raw Club Material' and 'Modern Mechanisms', 'SND.PE Vol. 05' is the first mix CD from the Parisian label. It is also available in an unmixed version. Speaking about the compilation, Teki explained: "DJ Orgasmic and I's vision for this mix CD was always to create a coherent piece made of incoherent pieces that would fit together like Tetris. "The result is this mix made entirely of original, tailor-made Sound Pellegrino material. An edifice built by DJ Orgasmic and I with each brick created by a different artisan in a different place with different tools and a different context, but the edifice stands tall and proud on solid foundations."
