Snapped: #MySuperdry Rooftop Mix with Holy Ghost! and PillowTalk

This past Thursday Mixmag and international clothing brand Superdry collaborated on a special #MySuperdry event in Brooklyn.

The event was a part of an ongoing series, which also featured Mixmag curation in China and London.

For the New York installment, the artist line-up was put together with a proper theme of funk headlined by Holy Ghost!

Early in the night the Brooklyn-based Tygapaw warmed up the Dobbin St. rooftop with quick, bass-filled cuts before PillowTalk hopped on the decks for an hour set of ultimate groove. Fellow performer Life On Planets made a special early appearance on the mic with smooth freestyles and vocals to close the set.

Halfway into the night, the party moved into the venue's luxe converted warehouse space for a full live set from Life On Planets featuring singing, mixing and powerfully soulful guitar riffs.

Holy Ghost! took the stage to close with a booming mix from the duo blasting house and disco to an intimate crowd.
