The Jack Ü member was handcuffed and detained for playing music “too loud” from a Tesla car, according to his Twitter.
A video documenting the incident was uploaded to the social networking site by Colby Lila Kline, who wrote "Never a dull moment in Hollyweird”. Watch it below.
