SFX's Flavorus has been purchased by Vivendi Ticketing
The ticketing platform is set to be sold for $4 million
SFX's ticketing service Flavorus has been auctioned off to Vivendi Ticketing US LLC, a branch of the UK's Vivendi S.A.
The auction took place on June 2 and 3 and the result has seen Vivendi come out as the highest bidder with a $4 million offer - $13.1 million less than what Flavorus was acquired for in 2014. The sale is currently being considered and will be finalized on June 8.
The news of Flavorus's sale arrives after the shuttering of Beatport's news and streaming services after the platform announced its aim to refocus on the store element of the website.
