SFX Entertainment hit with another lawsuit

It's not been a good year for Robert Sillerman's SFX Entertainment.

Investors have begun legal proceedings against the company, and the infamous TomorrowWorld debacle and subsequent resolution fuck-ups caused great embarrassment.

Now another lawsuit has landed in Sillerman's lap over alleged "misleading statements" and "possible violations of federal securities laws" by the SFX CEO in his attempts to reprivatise the company.

Lundin Law PC is the firm that has filed the class action, but the identity of the client they are working on the behalf of is currently unconfirmed.
