Selects: Disclosure
The brothers Disclosure show off what's been popping in their sets
Selects is the playlist series on Apple Music where we ask our favourite DJs to delve into their record bags and curate a playlist that showcases the new ones rocking the dancefloors and the classics that always bang. This week**, Disclosure step up.
As far as UK duos go, there aren't many who've taken the world by storm as successfully as Disclosure have. Brothers Guy and Howard Lawrence burst onto the scene back in 2010 and since then they've had world domination in their sights.
They've released two global chart-topping albums, graced our front cover and played pretty much every notable arena on the planet. Their sultry, dancefloor-focused strain of pop music has seen them collaborate with artists like Lorde, The Weeknd, Sam Smith and Mary J Blige.
More recently they've been running and curating Wild Life festival alongside Rudimental and they've invited a tonne of artists to play at the event in Brighton. Now though, they're on tour in the US and they've taken time out to bring us a Selects playlist featuring what they're feeling at the moment.
Anyone who's seen the pair DJ know that they like to take it in different directions and their Apple Music playlist is no different. There's disco, house and a pinch of R&B and a sprinkle of tech. Wanna know what the Lawrence brothers are vibing to? Look no further.
