Sasha and John Digweed reveal residency at Resistance Ibiza

Sasha & John Digweed will spend six weeks at Privilege Ibiza this summer.

The pair are onboard for Resistance, playing the first six parties of the eight-week series. These will be the only dates they play together throughout the 2017 Ibiza season.

John Digweed praised Resistance for what it's been doing around the world, and detailed his excitement ahead of the residency.

"To be a part of their first residency in Ibiza is a huge honour and something I am excited to be part of. The fact that they have chosen the biggest club in Ibiza shows they are intent on making a big noise on the island right from the start.

"There is no better feeling than playing to a massive room full of people throbbing in unison to your set. Really looking forward to playing alongside Sasha and a host of world class DJs on this night."

Sasha added: "After sitting down with the guys from Ultra and Resistance and seeing the incredible plans they have to transform the venue and then seeing rest of the line-ups for the shows, I couldn’t have signed up quickly enough.

"I’m so excited to be playing these shows with John this summer. When people see the production Resistance are putting into this iconic venue it’s going to blow them away."

Sasha & Digweed's Ibiza appearances also make up part of their Resistance world tour, which includes stops in the US, China, Croatia, Brazil and Bali.

Privilege has also confirmed Carl Cox for a residency at the venue and he promises "raw and unadulterated techno and house."

Resistance at Privilege runs every Tuesday from July 25 and ends on September 12. See more information here.
