Ryan Hemsworth and Knxwledge have remixed the Street FIghter II soundtrack

RBMA are calling for further submissions

To mark the 30 year anniversary of Street Fighter II’s release, a number of artists have remixed its soundtrack.

Ryan Hemsworth, Knxwledge (pictured), WAVVES and Samsara have all put out remixes so far, and Red Bull Music Academy is calling for further submissions, as part of its Hyperdub-collaborating Diggin In The Carts series.

A new sample pack has been released by Capcom and RBMA, which producers can download and create their own music with, to then submit their track into a contest.

Ryan Hemsworth and Nick Dwyer will judge the competition, and three winners will be awarded a copy of Komplete 11 by Native Instruments.

You can download the sample pack and enter the competition here, and listen to the released versions today.
