RP Boo is 'Established!' on forthcoming fourth album
It celebrates the origins and developments of footwork from the man who was its genesis
RP Boo returns to Planet Mu with his fourth album ‘Established!’. It will be released on September 17.
Planet Mu picked up RP Boo’s first album ‘Legacy’ back in 2013. He has since been acknowledged as a main innovator of footwork as a genre, and ‘Established!’ picks up on Boo’s experience of crafting tracks and his early DJ and production career.

Thematically, the album also explores: the influencers that footwork draws on from other genres, particularly house and techno; the battle mentality of footwork and its associated dance circles; and Black pride and creativity.
Speaking on the record, Boo has said, “I want the listeners to really get close to something beautiful, to enjoy with family and friends.”
