Robert Hood to serve up the second part of 'Paradygm Shift'
More blasting techno from the Detroit pioneer
Before Robert Hood, aka Floorplan, plays Mixmag Live in July, the Detroit producer will release his second EP on Dekmantel.
It's the second part of 'Paradygm Shift' (the first was released in February) featuring two tracks in the shape of classic Hood material: rolling and relentless techno.
Just as the press release explains, both 'Master Jack' and 'Magnet' are "killer techno floor bombs".
On the release, Hood says: "The idea behind Paradygm Shift is similar to a shift in our focus. We can become so complacent; we are so comfortable with our surroundings, I think this is the time for electronic music to find a new mindset.’’
Before 'Paradygm Shift - Volume 2' is out on June 6, pre-order the 12" EP here.
