The trailer and release date for Rick and Morty season 4 just dropped
Five episodes land on Adult Swim in November
Adult Swim has released a full trailer for Rick and Morty season four, revealing the first episode will premiere on November 10 at 11:30pm EST.
At five episodes long, it will be significantly shorter than the previous three seasons. However, the trailer – soundtracked by none other than Justice – is packed full of the usual amount of comedy, chaos, and drama we have come to expect from the wacky, animated sci-fi series, with the slogan being “half the season you deserve, all the season we can handle.”

The trailer marks the return of fan-favourite character Mr Poopy Butthole, after he died at the end of season three.
The new season lands after a lengthy 2-year gap. Fortunately, in July, creator of the show Dan Harmon told Entertainment Weekly: “I think it’s safe to say without fear of being wrong that the gap between seasons three and four will be the longest and last time that it’s ever so long that it’s ridiculous.”

Rick and Morty was renewed for 70 more episodes in 2018, and the show’s producers recently announced that they are currently working on season five.
