Radiohead and David Bowie are among the nominees for the Mercury Prize
Anohni and David Skepta albums also make the cut
The nominees for this year's Mercury Prize have been announced.
Radiohead (pictured) make the cut with 'A Moon Shaped Pool', their first album since 2011's 'The King Of Limbs', as does Skepta with the blistering 'Konnichiwa'. Kano's the other grime artist involved with 'Made In The Manor', which was released on Parlophone Records in March.
Other nominees include David Bowie for 'Blackstar', his final album that was released two days prior to his death, Hudson Mohawke collaborater Anohni ('Hopelessness') and Jamie Woon ('Making Time').
Annie Mac, Naughty Boy, Big Dada artist Kate Tempest and Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker are among the judging panel this year, with the winner to be announced on September 15.
