Premiere: Weighty, pumping house from Manchester duo Solardo

'The Aztecs' will drop via Toolroom Records next month

2016 has been a really good year for Solardo. The duo hailing from Manchester have quickly built a reputation for music that's as loud and as bold as their choice of shirts and they've had a relentless gig schedule to match.

With releases on More Than Alot, Skream's Of Unsound Mind and most recently Hot Creations, the pair's no-messing approach to tech house has propelled them into the spotlight over the last twelve months.

Before the year is out, the duo head to Toolroom Records with 'The Aztecs' and we can see this one shaking dancefloors all the way from Manchester to Mexico.

They follow their winning formula with thick, whirring basslines and builds that keep the listener waiting. Of course once the track eventually explodes it's all-out warfare and there's no hiding from the funk-fuelled instrumentals and rough, rugged percussion.

If you need a quickfire cut that's going to devastate and delight in equal measures, Solardo are your boys.

'The Aztecs' will be released on December 2 via Toolroom Records
