Premiere: Sepehr shows off his range on 'Caught In a Funk'

Sepehr (pronounced "se-pair") is a San Francisco-based DJ and producer who has been a staple of California's Bay Area underground scene with his flexible sets that range from psychedelic techno to house music.

His wide range of influences is appreciated on his brand new 'Caught In a Funk' track, the B-side of his 'Step One' release set to arrive on Black Catalogue.

'Caught In a Funk' is nestled in a melodic and dreamy corner of the house realm, but draws in influences from the hypnotic nature of Detroit-styled techno with its curious vocals and tapping snares.

'Step One' is out on Black Catalogue on March 17.
