Premiere: Purple Disco Machine taps into the best of disco on a Two Door Cinema Club remix
80s-inspired and reignited by disco
Fresh out of a recent session in The Lab LA, Purple Disco Machine sets aside his work towards his forthcoming 2017 album to jump on board as an official remixer for Two Door Cinema Club.
Already a proven master of his ability to flex across genres, Purple Disco Machine grabs hold of the Northern Irish band's 'Bad Decisions' from their 'Gameshow' album and - in signature flair - spins the tune into a feel-good disco-tipped dancefloor peak.
The original lends itself for a heavier dose of Purple Disco Machine-influenced funk with a noticeable dive into the 80s on its own accord. 'Bad Decisions' finds a lighter step with PDM production underway while lead singer Alex Trimble remains a star with his vocal lead shining through the disco tones.
Purple Disco Machine's 'Bad Decisions' remix is out October 28 on Glassnote.
