Battering makeover from the Butterz DJ and producer
East London producer Ossie's a bit of a don and his debut EP on Hyperdub back in 2011 proves.
Jumping between wicked house flavours, rickety licks of bass and nasty synths, he produced three bangers in 'Set The Tone', 'Power Of Love' and 'Moves'. Not too long after, he returned to Kode9's label with the 'Ignore' 12" before a couple of releases on 2020 Midnight Visions and Wolf Music.
You know he's a wicked selector, too, when he's part of Benji B's Deviation crew, playing out some proper smooth grooves to get you moving.
New EP 'The Buzz' is out next week on Meno Records/Warner and the title track's a buzz-fueled drum belter. We've got the remix from Butterz DJ and South London producer Flava D who jumps on it with her curvaceous bass kicks for a rugged makeover. This'll batter the dancefloor.
