Kapote kicked off his release career with an EP of edits on Toy Tonics at the midway point of this year, showcasing three cuts of wonderfully funk-fuelled house.
The fledgling producer is now returning to the prolific Berlin-based label with an EP of irresistible, 90s-house inspired original productions and one remix from masterly deep house duo Session Victim.
It's the perfect pairing, combining two legends of the scene that are well-versed in creating upbeat, disco-tinged belters with a rising talent who has made a promising start in the realms of euphoric production, resulting in a killer beat that sounds both fresh and assured.
'Fuck Music (Session Victim remix)' opens with subtly building guitar and bass grooves, before bursting into life with a 7-minute journey through stirring vocal samples and rhythmic drum patterns. One for both the body and soul.
