Premiere: Get ‘Off’ with Cravero’s bleepy, rugged electro

Exciting stuff from the Zone newcomer

Influential electro label Zone has already had a strong 2017, releasing EPs from Cardopusher and Mikron, but now they’ve turned their focus to a new talent.

Cravero is a producer hailing from Marseille who fits in perfectly with Zone’s steamy and rugged status quo. Having already released on Nein Records, he’s produced a six-track EP of thundering beats, unsettling atmospheres and cinematic style that’s drawn comparisons to DJ Hell.

Distorted bleeps, a bumping bass and hedonistic voiceover make up today’s premiere, ‘Off’. Sounding like it’s come from the darkest depths of one of Berlin’s infamous fetish clubs, it offers up a workout for the dancefloor, grooving and weaving it’s way to tense climax after tense climax.

The ‘Off III’ EP comes out on July 26.
