Premiere: DJ Seinfeld shows ‘How U Make Me Feel’
His debut album is out November 3
If 2016 was the year lo-fi house broke free from the underground, 2017 is the year the scene's young talent has matured.
Along with the likes of DJ Boring and Ross From Friends, DJ Seinfeld was part of a new breed of producers making rough 'n' ready house music with tracks like ‘U’ and ‘Ruff Hysteria’ on labels such as Lobster Theremin and E-Beamz.
Now the Barcelona-based producer is releasing his debut album, once again joining forces with Lobster Theremin, which is doing a label collaboration with Meda Fury to create Lobster Fury and deliver ‘Time Spent Away From U’.
It’s been described as “an extended post-heartbreak love letter, delivered via the medium of the dance floor” and melds aspects of house, techno, acid with tinges of disco for good measure.
