Premiere: Anetha amps up the rhythm on Kas:st’s techno bomb ‘88.88’
The Blocaus resident serves up a hypnotic anthem
French duo Kas:st lines up the second part of their double EP titled ‘Dysphoria I Euphoria’, this time delivering a collection of remixes that includes the rhythm assault of Anetha’s ‘88.88’ rendition.
As a resident of Blocaus, Anetha has been a rising talent in the Parisian scene with releases on Work Them Records, Anagram and Reclaim Your City. Now she steps up to offer her version of Kas:st’s ‘88.88’ by increasing the rhythm with a more prominent top end while letting the deep bass lay a foundation.
Kas:st’s ‘Dysphoria I Euphoria’ was released at the tale end of 2016 and is given new life with the ‘Chapter 2’ remixes. Detroit DJ and producer Luke Hess also offers his expertise as well as Setaoc Mass and AWB.
‘Dysphoria I Euphoria (Chapter 2)’ is released on April 24 via Flyance Records.
