The artist explains, "'Deteration' is an exploration of the build up of sound and then its eventual decay. Texture has always been the most interesting part of music to me, and here I really wanted to explore what was possible within a large scale work."
He continues, "Throughout 'Deteration', themes come and go but the elements of each remain present throughout. The idea is that once something ends, its essence is always there regardless."
