Optimo, Mall Grab and CC:DISCO! take over the old home for convict work gangs
Output Festival will take over an island in Sydney Harbour once used as a home for convict work gangs for its inaugural bash this weekend (November 25).
Optimo, Mall Grab, CC:DISCO!, Willaris.K, Fishing, Lancelot, Jensen Interceptor, Love Deluxe and Andy Garvey are all playing the day party across three stages from scene players UNDR Ctrl, Motorik and Ricardo's from 2pm-10pm.
Goat Island lies at the meeting point of Darling Harbour and the main channel of Sydney Harbour. It was used as a home for convict work gangs and as a gunpowder storage depot in the 1800s.
